Freedom Towers

I got my first look at the new buildings this weekend!  I heard the Freedom Tower has just passed the Empire State Building as the tallest building in NYC.

Great photo op: the Staten Island Ferry has excellent views of the city, it goes right by the Statue of Liberty, and it’s free! Leaves every half hour, don’t need a ticket. Just get off when it docks on Staten Island and get right back on the same ship.

The Tulips

The tulips are peak in the Public Garden 3 weeks early!  Don’t miss them, they’re gorgeous as always.

The Swan Boats are back!

Usually the return of the Swan Boats is one of the first signs of Spring–this year the tulips are already up!  I had a blast shooting pictures of the swans while they were on the ground. It’s fun to watch the guys put them back together.
